Brief Hstory
- Grupo del Prado emerged in 1947, offering medical services with the Aubanel Clinic, one of the first private clinics in Tijuana. It was founded by Mrs. Maria Luisa Riedel and Dr. Gustavo Aubanel. Thanks to the vision of Mrs. Riedel Betancourt, in 1966, the Clinic became a Hospital that in a few years became avant-garde in the northeast of the country.
- The best doctors and specialists were selected considering the academic profile, human warmth, in addition to their experience.
- We currently maintain a quality management system that provides standardized care processes. We have implemented the Patient Safety Model of the General Health Council (SiNaCEAM) with which we continue to continuously improve the quality and safety of the patient in all health care services.
- In 2014, we were certified by the National Certification System for Healthcare Establishments.
- In 2017, the Mexican Hospital Consortium granted the highest Q-Donabedian recognition for its continuous search for excellence and constant commitment to provide quality and safety to its patients.
- For more than 10 consecutive years, the International Marketing Association has awarded Hospital del Prado the International Diamond Star awards for obtaining first place in quality and prestige and the Golden Star for business merit.
