5 Tips to stay healthy
Keeping a healthy lifestyle is the key to good health, so we share these five key points to be healthy.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast. So “you packed your gas tank” to circulate after so many hours without eating.
Keep on moving. Try to have physical activity in your daily routines like walking, using stairs or do sit-ups while watching TV.
Consume a smart lunch. Eat foods that fill you energy to keep up with your day, avoid junk foods like chips, sodas and sweets.
Train yourself. Exercising routinely (at least 30 minutes three times a week) helps you have more energy, your heart works better.
Eat more whole grains, fruits and vegetables. These foods give you carbohydrates for energy you need and also give you vitamins, minerals and fiber and are lucky that they are delicious.
